Ms. Zou is a paralegal focusing in U.S. and international litigation support. She is the lead document paralegal with primary responsibility for managing all aspects of document collection, processing, and production at the firm, particularly Chinese- and English-language documents. Although experienced with multiple document review platforms, document-management applications, and document-processing vendors, she has extensive experience with Relativity and is formally trained in Concordance. In addition to managing vendors, reviewers, and documents, she assists with Chinese-language interviews of potential custodians and witnesses, and cooperates with other firms to manage documents as efficiently as possible on behalf of firm clients. She also has extensive experience with document review and review-related quality control in international patent litigation.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Zou worked with clients in China, primarily assisting with intellectual property and corporate legal matters. She provided professional legal consultation to companies seeking government investments through the National High-Tech Enterprise Application program; and also to foreign companies seeking to set up Chinese business entities through the Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) project.
