Upshaw PLLC is a Texas Professional Limited Liability Company.  We only represent or give legal advice to persons who we have signed a contract (called an engagement letter) with, and then only in accordance with that contract.

 Upshaw PLLC does not collect any information about visitors to its website.  This page will be updated before any change is made to that policy.
