Jessica Wu is an attorney with Upshaw PLLC. Ms. Wu is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on patent litigation as well as transactional patent matters, including preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications.

Ms. Wu's background is in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University and her experience spans a wide variety of software, electrical and mechanical technologies.

Prior to working with Upshaw PLLC, Ms. Wu worked at the International Trade Commission's Office of Unfair Import Investigations, where she prepared briefs and institution memoranda, deposed expert witnesses, analyzed claim construction contentions, and worked on other matters relating to patent litigation. She also worked in private practice with other patent preparation and prosecution firms including Patterson + Sheridan.
